Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision to join this program. This policy is designed to be fair to both you and the cohort.

14-Day Pre-Program Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided:

  • The program has not yet started (first live session has not occurred)
  • You have not accessed any program materials beyond preview content
  • You submit your refund request in writing to [YOUR EMAIL]

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

No Refunds After Program Start

Once the program begins (first live training session), no refunds will be issued. This policy exists because:

  • Cohort spots are limited and turning away applicants to reserve your seat
  • Program materials and live content are immediately accessible
  • Small cohort dynamics depend on committed participants

Payment Plan Cancellation

If you're on a payment plan:

  • Before program starts: You may cancel and receive a refund minus any payment processing fees
  • After program starts: You remain responsible for all remaining payments regardless of participation
  • Missed payments: Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of program access

Program Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we cancel the program before it starts, all participants will receive a full refund within 14 days. If we cancel mid-program, you'll receive a prorated refund for any remaining weeks.

Life Happens: Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances that prevent program participation, contact us directly. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution (such as deferring to a future cohort if available).

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly about a refund, you will immediately forfeit all program access and materials, and your enrollment will be terminated. We're committed to fair resolutions and ask that you work with us directly before involving your bank or credit card company.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email your request to ashley@jangro.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your full name, enrollment date, and reason for refund (optional but helpful)
  3. We'll confirm receipt within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days

Bottom line: We want you in this program only if it's truly right for you. That's why we have the application call and the 14-day pre-program window. Once we start, we're all in together, and the "no refunds after start" policy protects the integrity of the cohort experience.
